This whole office is amazing anytime I need something they respond immediately and get me help right away! "Thank you Liam! Liam made updating my policy such a breeze. I’ve most recently had quite a few adjustments to my policy. He helped me with the process of adding an antique vehicle, updating my home insurance, and updating my personal information to my account. "Liz is the BEST! I have had insurance through Jon Massari’s office for 15+ years and she has worked with my husband and I to reduce our life insurance costs and go through the health evaluation process 3x in order to make sure we got the best rate possible with my spouse’s changing health. "I wanted people that are considering changing insurance carriers to realize it is not a bottom line process. I was considering changing carriers and Susan K. from State Farm took the time to explain one must take both company's policies and compare the premiums and coverages. Also sometimes companies use different language. Upon doing that I found it wasn't worth changing. So it is a credit to Susan for explaining that rather than just accepting the cancellation, which she was also willing to do. Gail M."
