"StateFarm is great, especially my agent's office. I have worked with Liz one of the agents for over 15 years. She’s outstanding as well as everyone else. I highlight Liz in particular because she has always been helpful, patient, and consistent. She make you feel like the only customer and take time to ensure you understand. She follows up with you and always have your best interest as her priority. This means a lot to me as the world is changing and people care less especially in businesses. She has been the same since the first time we spoke. She assisted me about 12 years ago with a very important policy detail that I was not aware of as I tried to lower my insurance premium to save money by removing some service benefits from the policy, but her knowledge educated me. What she help me to understand ended up becoming an issue that happened. If Liz didn't take the time she did to explain, I would've been without a car. Fast forward to today, she is still assisting me the same. I'm very grateful to have StateFarm as a whole. Whenever there is a issue and I need to use my insurance...StateFarm team is always kind, fast, and make it easy to resolve your issues. For all those reasons I will always support and stay committed to StateFarm because they have always been committed to me. Definitely a true neighbor (like the commercials lol) even like family."

"I am a new life insurance policy holder at State Farm. I contacted Jon Massari for a life insurance policy last month. My application was approved however after paying two months of paying the same monthly premium, I was sent a bill for almost double the cost without any notification on why my monthly premium increased. I think it is very uprofessional and bad business practices to increase a customer's bill without any notice or explaination. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to obtain life insurance with Jon Massari and Paul Sisbarro of State Farm, to think twice, because neither of these two State Farm Insurance agents bothered to provide me with any correspondence regarding the increase of my monthy life insurance premiums prior to me receiving my July bill. My money was eagerly taken for two months and now all of a sudden my life insurance costs increased without any notice. These people will take your money and then almost double your cost with out even telling you. This is a bait and switch operation. Proceed with caution. ****09.25.2024- UPDATE: Since my last review, Jon's office team at State Farm have made a good faith effort to check in with me regarding my satisfaction with my life insurance policy. I appreciate the communication and I am, as of this date, satisfied their service despite the rocky start listed in my first review. They acknowleged the issues, took accountability and followed up to ensure moving foward, any changes would be properly communicated and for this, I have raised their star rating."

"Jon Massari, PJ Sisbarro and their team have been handling my insurance needs for over five years. With evolving needs including a move from owning to renting homes, new cars and added policies they have exceeded expectations. I tend to have a lot of questions and appreciate the time PJ has spent walking me through policies. He’s even taken the time to offer potential options to lower my rate even in the current climate when lots of my friends and family are seeing higher insurance bills. Always nice to work with trustworthy, kind people consistently and not a 1-800 number where you don’t know who you are going to get. "Had auto insurance with State Farm for over 40 years. Sent email through website to see if I could qualify for a lower rate. No one responded. Called to drop insurance and no one asked me why or thanked me for my many years of service. Disappointed."

"Purchased a year long renters insurance policy and everything was fine for 2 months. Then the agent sent a rejection letter due to having 2 unrelated leasees on the policy. You think they would have told me that this would have been a problem before starting the policy. The secretary that works for this Jon who handles all the paperwork is a joke. He falsely makes promises and does not do his job. Never again will I use this pathetic agency. They need to go back to school and understand the basic principle of running a business-Voice of the Customer. Stay away."
