I have the best review, hands down for State Farm Agent Susan Konell (Sue). I have been with state farm for several years now. Sue at state farms always seems to quote the right numbers. She very patient, helpful, quick to return emails and phone calls and very assertive. She all about her business and yours. When I say a person cares and understands finances. Its Sue. She will take the time to play with numbers to see what could be the best quote for you. Sue is excellent when finding auto / home insurance, she takes the time to explain my coverage options clearly without any high-pressure sales tactics. She always founds me a policy that perfectly fits my needs and actually saved me money.
When opportunities come in searching for other insurances I always find myself back with State Farms. Thanks a million to Susan Konell (better know as Sue).
